Today, I
would like to talk about an interesting article I read on AskMen the
other day. In “How Body Type Affects Fitness,” American record-holding Paralympic swimmer and personal trainer, Travis Pollen explains how our body type
affects the way we exercise.
All of us
have a number of individual physical characteristics that affect our athletic
performance. People with different height, weight or limb length will excel or
do poorly at different kinds of exercises. Moreover, such factors as our bone
structure, muscle insertion point or type of dominant muscle fiber vary greatly
between individuals and play important roles in the way we should approach our
training.
Reading
this informative piece, I could not help thinking how well this personalized
